By booking a trek with Trekking Rinjani Adventures ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these terms. Please read them before confirming your booking.
Bookings are confirmed via WhatsApp or email. A deposit may be required to hold your dates during peak season. Full payment details are provided at confirmation. Prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are fixed at the time of booking.
We understand plans change. Please notify us as soon as possible by WhatsApp if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellation terms are discussed at the time of booking and depend on how close the cancellation is to your trek date and whether national park permits have already been purchased.
Mount Rinjani is a strenuous trek. By booking you confirm that you are in adequate physical health to participate. We reserve the right to turn back any trekker whose safety may be at risk on the mountain. In such cases, refunds of unused portions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
All trekkers must comply with the rules of the Mount Rinjani National Park Authority, including trekking only with a licensed guide, carrying out all rubbish, and respecting wildlife and the environment.
The national park authority may close trails at short notice due to weather or volcanic activity. If this occurs and your trek cannot proceed, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a fair refund for services not yet delivered.
Trekking in mountainous terrain carries inherent risks. We take all reasonable precautions, but you acknowledge that you participate at your own risk. Trekking insurance covering emergency evacuation is strongly recommended and is your own responsibility to arrange.
We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during the trek.
